Water, restructured.
Engineered to lift pesticides off your produce, and pour antioxidant, hydrogen-rich water into your glass.
Explore the scienceThe exact point water starts lifting grease.
Not everything tap water touches, it removes.
We wash our fruits and vegetables under tap water every day. But tap water doesn't lift everything.
Pesticides are meant to survive rainwater. They are oily, so they don't readily mix with water, and they are built to cling to the skin of produce through rain and irrigation. That is why they can stay put even when the food looks perfectly clean.
So what changes the way water behaves with oily residue?
It comes down to one thing: pH.

Drag toward Estoqi, and watch the residue let go.
So we taught water to lift grease, the way soap does.
Inside Estoqi, tap water flows over titanium plates carrying a gentle electric current. This is electrolysis. It changes the chemistry of the water and raises its pH.
One current in, two waters out:
Alkaline enough to break up the oily film on produce and carry it away.
Mildly alkaline, with dissolved hydrogen.
Hydrogen-rich water, from the same machine.
Estoqi's drinking water is mildly alkaline at pH 9.5 and carries about 1,200 ppb of dissolved hydrogen.
It also has a negative ORP, around −350 mV. ORP, measured in millivolts, shows whether water promotes oxidation (positive) or resists it (negative). Tap water is positive. Estoqi's drinking water is negative.

And it carries the one antioxidant small enough to reach everywhere.
Most antioxidants are large molecules. They help, but they're too big to slip inside your cells, where much of the damage actually happens.
Hydrogen (H₂) is the smallest molecule that exists, so it reaches where the others can't: through cell walls, across the blood-brain barrier, all the way to the mitochondria. Every glass of Estoqi drinking water carries about 1,200 ppb of dissolved hydrogen, among the highest you can get continuously at home.
And that's the whole idea. Just water, electricity, and a smarter glass.
